Our domestic couriers estimate that packages will arrive within 2-3 days, and 5-15 days for the remote areas. Keep in mind that these are estimates and may vary at the discretion of our couriers. For the safety of your items, all packages that require a signature upon delivery will have that requirement enforced.

If you are unavailable to receive your package, a card will be left for you, indicating where your parcel can be collected. Non-signature parcels are sent at the buyer's risk. Please ensure that your courier has a safe place to leave your parcel if you are not home to receive it in person. By selecting a non-signature service, you acknowledge that parcel leave authority has been provided to the carrier. Unfortunately, neither CINEROPIA nor the carrier can provide refunds or replacements for goods that are lost, damaged, or stolen after being successfully delivered to your property.Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from our store containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey. All China and HK orders are sent via SF. For all Rest of World shipments we use China Post and can provide you with a quote on request please contact xpokari@gmail.com
